Important Tips for Your Visit
-
Carry Identity Proof: Bring an Aadhaar card or government ID; it is often required for the registration database.
-
Previous Records: Always carry your old prescriptions or test reports so the doctor can see your medical history.
-
Fasting: If you think you might need blood work (like sugar tests), check if you need to be fasting before you arrive.
